• Serve food and beverage to guests at the bar and at tables

• Stock rotation, changing kegs, good fridge presentation

• Previous experience in a café, bar or restaurant environment
• Good communication skills

• Current RSA Certificate
• AHA Hospitality & Tourism COVID-19 Hygiene Course Certificate
• Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays
• Experience with cash handling, customer service and the serving of food & beverage

We are seeking to fill the following roles in this brand-new kitchen;
Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, Commis Chef, Line Cook, Kitchen Porters.
The right candidates will be well-versed in the following:
• Full understanding of high-volume food pubs and restaurants
• Compliance and understanding of food safety policy and procedures (HACCP)
• Compliance and understanding of venue safety policies and procedures
• Work closely with the FOH service team to always deliver a reliable experience to the guest
• Taking directions from the Head Chef in regard to ordering, food preparations and function requirements
• Consistency of all menu items regardless of time of day or period of service
We're looking for people who have:
• A positive, friendly and enthusiastic attitude
• Understands high pressure kitchen environments
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail with a focus consistency of food preparation

• Chef’s Trade Qualifications with at least 3 years experience in a similar role (preferred)
